Located in the heart of downtown Houston, Travis Property Management, LLC offers professional expertise as a boutique premier independent manager of oil and gas interests, including fee minerals, royalty, overriding royalty and working interests. Our clients rely on our energy industry knowledge and experience to manage their valuable oil and gas properties, wherever they may be located.  Our client base includes individuals, family partnerships, limited partnerships, limited liability corporations, estates, trusts, trust companies, banks, non-profit organizations, money managers and investment advisors.

Travis offers a variety of services pertaining to  oil and gas interests, including negotiation and administration of investment activities; performing revenue, expense and tax functions; maintaining property and accounting records; preparing client reports and summaries; and providing assistance with investment decision making. In our minds, we feel that our full service capabilities allows us to efficiently utilize our expertise to properly evaluate and respond to any opportunities or situations that may arise with regards to  oil and gas properties. Our History


Travis Property Management, LLC began as a small company to assist a family with their mineral interests.  Before we knew it, word got out and we have since grown to become a leader in managing oil, gas, mineral, royalty and non-operated working interests with an exceptional and experienced management team in place to assist our loyal clients.    We pride ourselves with our ability to provide a personalized service with a simple goal.  To add value for our clients and their oil and gas assets.  We currently manage numerous producing and non-producing properties located in 577 counties across 31 states, which include over 10,000 active wells.

Management Services Offered


Accounting
  • Receive, deposit and record the revenue detail and joint interest billing detail from the purchasers and operators
  • Review and approve vendor invoices and joint interest billings
  • Prepare and issue vendor checks
  • Reconcile monthly bank statements
  • Reconcile 1099 reports
  • Prepare year end information and reports for tax preparation purposes
  • Review, verify and approve ad-valorem tax statements and protest valuations when necessary
  • Research and recover escheated and suspended funds
Land
  • Organize, set-up, review, and maintain complete ownership, lease, well and division order files
  • Respond to third-party inquiries and correspondence
  • Full management of all oil and gas interests including mineral, royalty, overriding royalty, non-operated working and associated interests.
  • Generate activity reports
  • Review and verify Division/Transfer Orders
  • Evaluate and provide recommendation of pending AFE’s and third party offers
  • Negotiate Oil and Gas Leases, Deeds, Assignments, Farmouts, Seismic Permits, Seismic Lease Options, Production Sharing Agreements and other oil and gas related contracts
